The Investment Committee will comprise of no fewer than two members. The two senior executives from Vantage that are members of the Investment Committee are Michael Tobin and David Pullini. The Manager may appoint additional members who are independent of the Manager or a replacement member to the Investment Committee as it determines in its discretion from time to time. Unanimous approval by the Investment Committee is required for all commitments and investments made by the Fund.
The Investment Committee intends to meet between six to eight times per year to review the performance of the Fund and to consider and make recommendations regarding investment submissions presented by the Manager for investment by the Fund. The Investment Committee is also responsible for overseeing the annual audit of the Fund’s accounts as well as monitoring risk management of the investment process and the financial reporting process.
